Ms. Pratishtha Mamgain, the newly appointed Collector of Bemetara district, arrived at the Collectorate Complex, Bemetara, on Monday, December 22nd, and formally assumed her duties as the new Collector of Bemetara district. Ms. Pratishtha Mamgain is eager to serve as the 12th Collector of Bemetara district. Upon assuming office, Collector Ms. Mamgain made a courtesy call to the officials posted at the Collectorate office and introduced herself. She was warmly welcomed by the officers and employees of the district. It is noteworthy that Ms. Pratishtha Mamgain previously served as Collector of Narayanpur district. Ms. Pratishtha Mamgain inspected various departmental offices and branches operating within the Collectorate complex. During the inspection, she instructed the concerned departmental officers and branch in-charges to ensure efficiency, transparency and timeliness in discharging administrative tasks. Collector Ms. Mamgain said that 100% fulfillment of departmental targets as per the government’s intention and execution of works within the time limit will be the top priority. She also said that it is the main responsibility of the district administration to provide immediate relief to the general public by promptly resolving their problems.
